Abstract: Based on the SIP protocol, in the embedded system platform, this paper develops a media server combined signaling and media processing in one, and designs a communication plan for multimedia conference. The system uses a new design way to interact media control policy between the application server and media server, describes the process of creating control channel for transmitting the media control policy. It is implemented the process of building conference to show the superiority of the scheme.
